the area sucks, it is pretty rough in cleveland, don't know much about the program

@doctormed, the crime rate is pretty high in cleveland, unemployment too, and it snows almost everyday in winter (lake effect snow). About the program, this is what I found, it was included in the most malignant program list. but no idea, how and why. you can check it here

@ tet thanks a lot. who is the source of the list of malignant programs? will you not accept a prematch offer from them?? I have three calls so far....St Luke, MO, fair view and Interfaith, NY.....which one is best and why??
