Both phone lines are dead..Last Friday I couldn't reach them to schedule my IV..today also both phones dead..what the heck is this?anybody has this problem?

I think IV invite email says call between 2-4 pm to schedule.

What kind of program coordinator is there.,such a poor service.what should I expect from such program?

it's 2 O'clock..both phone lines dead..the other one was already dead last friday..i heard dates are only on jan and Feb...When i got IV..they say starting from October 25..no reply of email..worst service I have ever seen..
