Hell no...more than half the season is still remaining..and you can always look for cancellation IVs.so start calling programs that have not sent you rejections in first week jan.

if you're not a carib grad with usce (hands on NOT observership), its most likely over. The market is now flooded with caribbean grads+ 2 years USCE+green cards/citizenship
