17 yo smoker, who wants contraception, which is the best one?
A) Combination oral contraceptive therapy
B) Diaphragm
C) Intrauterine device (IUD)
D) Levonorgestrel
E) Spermicidal jelly

I chose A, but I saw people answering B
I know shes a smoker, but shes under 35

any thoughts?

Its A, its only a contraindication if the smoker is older than 35 yrs

@ kumarsvc I dont think IUD is appropriate for her, since shes 17 and will be exposed to STDs if she doesnt use condoms, so def not IUD.
