i dont understand this equation anderson _hassellbach .....in pharmacology

ph-pka=-2(99% of acid are non ionized and only 1% of weak bases are non ionized )

when ph-pka=+2 (the opposit is true )

weak acid are those groups that have R-COOH and pka of this group is =2

so when any pH above that pka will lead to ionizing(R-COO +H ) THIS means -2

BUT in the equation above is not like that ,,iam wrong or what?????

please any one can help ,,,just make this point clear for me ,,i apprecite ur time
