abdominal
distention, decreased caliber of stools, and decreased

@ grad1980- why D for the last one?
1)A: Impaired glucose production is due to the disruption of either glycogenolysis or gluconeogenesis, in this low glucose+jaundice+hyperbilirubinemia--->Galactosemia?

21)C 85 yo with liver metastasis?

26)-E) Streptococcus pneumoniae MCC (MM or no)

35)-E) Positive straight-leg raising test--> herniated disc?

@gudducleveland, very sorry friend, the last one is B, i didn't realize that i typed it wrong.
@pursuit, since she got it during her office work so she will claim it on the insurance n get money,
i marked it E in the exam n got it wrong!
for the old lady with mets, u'll give both chemo n radio therapy, therez no harm.
Thanks grad1980 for extended feed-back, if E is wrong then B!

What did you mark for the old man, my friend said Chemo+RT but I convince him with A=no TTT, since age 85 YOM(life expectancy), it is better to be palliative so he can die with dignitySmile

Thanks again grade1980.
oops! yeah, he's a manSmile
i gave him radiation therapy only, less painful than the burden of chemo but it was wrong!
my friend examusmle marked it D n got it right!
according to examusmle, his age doen't mean he shouldn't b treated. n since its not surgery( for which age inc mortality) he can safely b given both radio n chemo therapy.
makes sense, doesn't it!
Thanks again you clear my doubt.
ur welcomeSmile
