is there sensory loss in mca stroke? pls explain diff btw mca stroke and lacunar stroke.
lacunar stroke involves the lacunostriate arteries and if it involves the int capsule fibres it can cause hemiplegia (denser than mca stroke) , hemisensory loss (is it affects the sensory fibres), or hemi facial palsy. am i correct?

mca is less dense, more of upper limb weakness. but does it have sensory loss? does nt it supply sensory cortex?
