do they send generic email or personalized.
i know somebody who got a personalized thank you letter by post. i also ivd thr but didn receive anythng yet. so just wondering if that is a usual practice.

@medicinematch - I have received a personalised mail. How about you? I have also noticed that they have decrease their seats from 6 to 4 into NRMP directory. when was your IV?
