some oncogenes are mutants of normal cell-surface receptors that have tyrosine protein kinase motifs in their cytoplasmic domains. the type of mutations of such receptor that is most likely to result in cell transformation is a mutant protein with which of the following characteristics?

a-constitutive activation of the cellular transcription
b-deleton of the cytpolasmic domain
c-failure to become phosphorylated upon receiving the signal
d- failure to receive the signal that normally activtes cellular transcritption.
e-recognition of a different signal than usual

And Guys and Explanation.

AA--its saying some oncogenes and mutated from normal protooncogenre(some are tryosine kinase i.e help with growth) n a mutated protooncogenre turns in to a oncogene n causes continuous celluar unregulated transcription n u get a tumor

pretty sure wats the answer?
