Pt has "Respiratory Acidosis"

B---->cz Metabolic Acidosis
C---->cz Metabolic Alkalosis
E----->cz Respiratory Alkalosis

Now left

A-----> "Chronic" Respiratory Acidosis"
D-----> "Acute" Repiratory Acidosis"

*Given parameters are for
"Repiratory Acidosis" with "Compensatory" Metabolic Alkalosis" response , that u would see in pt e.g. those with Chronic Obstructive Bronchitis

-Heroin overdose will give u "Uncompensated "Resp Acidosis" as it is "Acute"
(here HCO3 will be in it's Upper normal limit or slightly higher than normal)
