A 2 wk old boy born to a 38yr old primigravida was brought with c/o difficulty feeding,rec vomiting.o/e murmur heard and the boy had characteristic facies and single palmar crease.abnormality in the foot was seen.the nerve supplying the abn in the foot
a.common peroneal
b.tibial
c.deep peroneal
d.calcaneal
e.saphenous

a 43 year old male brought to the doctor with the following blood gas reading

ph - 7.34 pco2-70 Hco3 36, he most likely suffers from

a chronic obstructive bronchitis
b.diabetic ketocidosis
c.diuretic over dose
d heroin over dose
e.pavic attack
