Quota change deadline
Programs must submit final information on quotas and withdrawals by 11:59 p.m. eastern time.

I am not sure if Programs have to submit their ROL by jan 31? Does final information on quotas and withdrawal include ROL?

Got 2 interviews in last 15 days....was quite surprised..the latest being yesterday.

And is this iv from uni program ? can u pls tell us from which state u got.

no, its beyond that now. interviews are only offered in the month of october, november and december. hardly any is offered in the month of january and february

there are thousands of application send in already, programs have reviewed those hundreds of applications. they would only make way for an interview this late by strings pulled. so unless you have that, then you would be having an interview this late. other then that, you have to be an exceptional applicant, otherwise they won't be bothered with any applicant who is just like everyone else this late in the application cycle
