1-you get nervous and tongue tied when you begin the encounter or even after you have asked initial 2-3 questions
2-During the practice you lose your vocabulary while conversing with the SP(your study partner)
3-you find difficulty in thinking of next appropriate question and you tend to ask, is there anything that you want to tell me quiet often during practice session
4-you persistently miss 3-4 important questions in data gathering
5-you keep over doing data gathering and rush the patient with physical exam and closure.
6- you are doing the counseling by saying smoking is harmful and it affects your health.
7- you are finding difficulty in empathizing with patient...you always end up saying I am sorry to hear that. I am here to help you.
8-you fail to pick up cues given by the SP and keep doing your encounter exactly the way first aid has done it
9-you are not able to type patient note on time and always make mistakes while rushing to finish it.
10-you are not able to share information regarding the tests and differential in layman terms
If answer to any of the above is yes, then you need help...as these are all red flags, which can lead to a failure....as it is said ,the thing you cannot predict is the thing you cannot prevent...take my help and make use of my technique to pass this exam ...my skype id is accurate777....mail me- ondansatron2009
