A 35 y/o woman presents with complaints of aching pain and stiffness over her entire body for the past 3 months.She also reports easy fatigability, poor sleep, and frequent headaches.She has been using over the counter pain medications with no relief.While examining her she complains of extreme pain to gentle palpation over her neck, shoulders and back.Her vital signs are stable.What is ur Dx?
