Ulcer=involves only mucosa and submucosa
Collitis=mostly in rectum and may involve cecum , leaves rest of GI unaffected.
as its Ulcer the histological hallmark is crypt abcesses.
Ulcer leads to Cancer.
Ulcer is toxic
Left pain
associated with Primary sclerozing cholangitis



Crohns is C, so its Complete involvement of all layers .(can involve all M,SM,MP,S)and anywhere from mouth to anus.
Rt sided pain.
C (close Granuloma)
C is for creeping fat and cobblestone
C=Complication alot= Arthritis, sacrolititis
