first aid 2011 pg. 52 states:

odds ratio = A/B
................._____
................. C/D



Kaplan 2010 edition pg. 12 states:

odds ratio = A/C
................______
................ B/D


but they both state at the end : AD/BC

either one of them is really dumb at basic algebra or one is a massive error...

maybe the table alphabets are different

Both are the same


A/B*D/C....AD/BC

A/C*D/B....AD/BC

all is well ..that ends well

lol @timmalik the table alphabetical is same but i guess lol

@maryam yah i believe at the end the formula does come down to AD/BC
