@ecfmgcertified -- Not everyone wants to profit the cheap way by starting their own courses .. yes i can go that way, however I choose not to. And just because someone isn't in residency, doesn't mean they are automatically incapable of scoring high. That's such bullshit and you know it. So no, im not in residency and yes I did score high. I frankly don't need your approval for scoring high nor the recognition for it. I achieved it on my own with help from others during my prep, from members on this forum who were supportive instead of vindictive like yourself. So you didn't get 260+ or maybe you did.. who cares.. (certainly not me). If you did, congratulations.. if not, oh well.. im sure you still scored fantastic in your own abilities.
as far as starting my own courses go .. no thanks.. not my cup of tea. However I do work for Med Quest.. the company responsible for mastertheboards prep courses. Created their step 3 review course as well as the Internal medicine board review course. So my contract with them pays me enough for my work and a fixed % for however many sign up for each course.

or perhaps you're a pissed off imature resident who is mad that even with the background of residency training, you couldn't score high .. so in turn, lets bash on everyone that scored high without residency .. real original !

Youre just marketing your crappy prep program.. How come you guys never update the master the boards?? You just change the cover and say its the 2013 edition and so forth.. Most of the info in master the boards is wrong and outdated..
I could score 300 if i studied 5 years for step 3 like you... At the end of the day.. I will be practicing in the US and you will still be working for Medquest as their slave..
Remember, 260 on step 3 without a residency doesnt mean sh!t...
Program directors dont give a rats @$$ about just numbers.. You need to fit their profile..
Who wants someone with such a score and no wits to apply it to real practice..
Residency is 360 degrees different from step 3.. U probably havent even seen the inside of clinicals in a US hospital..

Family practice is the future.. Ive seen General Surgery resident call consults for patients with BP of 140/90.. Thats how pathetic they are.. The other specialties are swatting flies until we giventhem business with consults.. Ive seen attendings from rehab medicine beg for consults to Family Practice...
Be realistic.. You wouldnt survive a day in an inner city emergency room...

We see the real thing.. Gunshots, drug overdose, suicide attempts, Stroke.. I even diagnosed a patient with Guillain barre and saved her life while ur hot shot American grad ICU attending couldnt diagnose it...

It doesnt matter even if you graduated from Harvard with triple 99... Your dying patient is not goin to ask you which medical school you graduated from or what score you got on your USMLEs.. Pathetic fool...

Even Uworld says Family Practice is the best specialty for step 3.. We do Peds, OBGYN.. Everything.. Jack of all trades...
You ask an IM resident.. How to treat an ear infection in a 3 year old.. They wont know...
You ask a General Surgery resident. Whats the first line treatment for hypertension? They wont know.
You ask a radiologist anything other than xrays, ct, mri.. They wont know..
You ask a Cardiologist.. Whats ALS? They wont know..
The freegin Neurologist we consulted for the patient with Guillain barre misdiagnosed it as a stroke.. I called him out and embarassed him... He claims to be a Princeton grad... Lol...

So real life is different from a computer simulation software my buddy boy.. So how many years did you try to apply into residency?? Must have attempted many times.. Thats how you ended up working in medquest.. Atleast you didnt end up as a car salesmen or a taxi driver...
