A 38-year-old immigrant presents with exertional dyspnea for 2 months and progressive swelling of the lower extremities. He is admitted for further work-up and treatment.

Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Aortic Dissection
B. Ischemic heart disease
C. Constrictive pericarditis

"C" is right.....Constrictive Pericarditis

Patient presented with progressive dyspnea, and edema of the lower limbs. Patients may have ascites too.

Cause in this case may well be tuberculosis.

The CT scan shows thickening and calcification of the pericardium.
