can someone please explain biopsy from girl with necrotic mass in vagina show vimentin and keratin negative but desmin positive is embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma(from goljan audio)
Rhabdomyoblast, the characteristic cell in rhabdomyosarcoma exhibits cytoplasmic cross-striations and positive immunohistochemical staining for desmin and myogenin.
