Just took the test this passed weekend and I am expecting my step 3 results (2nd attempt) on either 09/17 or 09/24. Therefore, my current Usmle transcript most likely has the failure on my 1st attempt. I passed the other steps(1, 2ck and 2cs) on 1st attempts. So, should I wait to have a pass on step 3, which means potentially applying as late as 09/24? or should I just go ahead and apply on 09/15? Please guys, I need your advice. Thanks
