20 female comes to ED after being battered by husband. brusing on face and arms but no fractures. frightened, new to area, and does not wish to return home. most appropriate management includes
a. admission for 24 hour observation
b. admission to the medical unit
c. admission to the psychiatric unit
d. referral to a support group
e. referral to an emergency shelter

im stuck between two answers

emergency shelther ASAP they exist for this reason

if she is medically cleared you are not obligated to keep her in the hospital, but you are obligated to get the poor lady some help.

e I guess since she doesn't have any health problems right?
