UW says : if the FB is in the Esophagus then we should remove..
UWSA says : we should wait...

Now my question is what to believe?
THe only thought, I can think of is : in the UW the FB is the Button Battery which causes more harm than the simple COIN which is in UWSA...


So not only location matters but also what type of the FB is there, also matters... Is that true???
Any one has more idea?? Need opinion guys as exam in one week...

yea I mean if the kid has a big seed stuck in his throat then yea let it just swallow.

but a battery is terrible and can leak etc. REMOVE IT with an endoscope.

also if the pt has symptoms you have to remove it, if the pt is normal and it's not a dangerous object like a needle you can let It pass
btw I totally understand you, material for this exam is very shady
