Hello friends

I just have a query regarding California licensure requirements. The website states that under the column of
Time Limit-Passing scores on a written or computerized exam shall be valid for a period of ten (10) years from the month of the examination.

Does this mean that the step-3 needs to be passed within 10 years of taking the first usmle exam eg If some body took first step-1 in 2008, then he needs to pass step-3 by 2018 in order to get a license to practice in the state of California?

yes, I think it means exactly this.
You 've got to pass Step 3 before the end of 2018.
