interferon@i too came acroos this term for the first time while doing nbme lol
@interferon- kaplan peds LN have mentioned about tethered cord (one of the type of spinal dysraphism) in neurology topic (pg:225) but just few lines ,i searched on other sources for details and added on my notes!!
