I've pretty much decided on my top 5. I'm shooting for IM and haven't decided if I'm doing fellowship (most likely not). Anyway, please let me know what you think:

2. University of Nevada - Las Vegas
3. Mt. Sinai/Elmhurst Hospital
4. Texas Tech University - El Paso
5. NYMC Metropolitan

Solid 5, unless you would have a geographical preference, i wouldnt change it...gl!
