hi
i heard that we cant take j1 visa appointment till we get DS-2019??...why is that??....while online booking for delhi region the only thing i noticed they wanted was HDFC bar code number and the required forms....is there anything else i am missing?..is there a number or something on DS-2019 wch is needed to take J1 appointment...
