Listeria monocytogen
This is Listeria but can you explain the answer please?

It doesn't really grow in low temp. It grows when food is between -4 and +38 degrees celsius. so a way of killing it would be really high temp or freezing it at a really low temp so how is the answer D?

Thanks for the Q.
"RNA helicases" -> induced @low temp.
ahhh ok the rna helicases of listeria allow it to grow at 0 degrees celsius. Got it. Thanks again Cardio69.
