what is meant by atrialized right ventricle that is seen in lithium toxicity????......plz help
its ebsteins anomaly. the tricuspid valve is pushed downward toward rt ventricle. there is decreased filling of RV.
thanq redceo123.....what is meant by atrialized???
atrialization means appearing like atrium..since the tricuspid valve (which is suppose to be in between the atrium and the ventricle separating them) is pushed into the ventricle, making the 2 chambers look like one chamber and basically like one big atrium....
thanks shayyat18.....
