I want to thank everyone in the forum for your suggestion. It is time for me to help someone.

I have passed step 3 on my third attempt, 173, 188, and finally 199.

I have used Mtb3, UWorld biostat, UWorld question, first aid. Average score on UWorld 65%, did it once on the last attempt and repeat the questions that I got wrong. I made my own notes on UWorld (questions I guest, got wrong etc)
UWorld assessment 205 10 days before exam, NBME 4 ,370 4 days before exam. First 2 attempts did not use assessment , but did finish UWorld but not learned in detail.

First day I had a lot of biostat, and drug adds, I did not have time for drug adds I guest them all. I did most of biostat, I still ran out of time most of the blocks.

Day two took it 4 days later, better than first day, but questions were difficult with no clear right answer. CCS what made me pass, I had cases I knew, and also I practiced the software a lot. I used arches CCS Utube video.
This is a hard exam, need to practice doing questions, it helps to review CK notes which I did not but I should have. Now I passed Bye bye USMLE for ever.
Congratulations!!

@madman1

Congrats. What did you use to prepare for biostats?
madman1: Congratulations! Did you buy Acer youtube ccs or do you have a free link? Can you share the link? Thanks
Where do you have Archer YouTube CCS ? May I get the link?
I used Uworld biostat, if you go to Utube and type Arches CCS you wil see slide show about 100 slides, i went over those and did the UWorld CCS. CCS what makes you pass or fail,it is 20% of the exam.
@madman1:

Congrats! I'm also looking for the archer cases on youtube, but I can't find them. Kindly post the link for us. Thank you so much!
Congratulations to you!

If you don't mind to share... What were the dates of your exam (day 1 and day 2)? I am trying to establish how long it takes for the results to become available.

Also, obviously you passed... did you try to log to your Step 3 account to see if you have that link available to re-register for USMLE? Some people are saying there is a method to find out whether you passed or not prior to your results coming out. They say If the re-register link disappears, that means you passed. If the link is still available, then you failed. I wanted to check the validity of that method... Obviously you passed, so according to them there should be no link available to you
I got the result 3 weeks after 2nd day, my permit disappered on candidate website on sunday night. On monday morning i checked FSMB website, and I did not have the link to reapply, then i knew that I have passed.
The result came out wed 12 am.
