in NNHS.... Look for underlying precipitating factors. (order U/A, chest x ray, urine drug screen).
But an excellent point is by dr f is that silent MI can precipitate high glucose levels. It is smart
to do an EKG to rule MI. MI can precipitate NNHS. "Any Stressors CAN!"
What does NNHS stand for?

JNC 8 says blood pressure < 140.... in DM
mtb 3 didn't update.. it says 130 ..
guys keep posting any data facts that can help..
