@nodiroygr-- I also did Kaplan diagnostic test and scored 69% there, they don't give three digit score. But I won't suggest to spend 3 hrs on this as you can't go back and see which ones you did wrong.

Littledoc like your ccs idea. 69% is a good score. I am thinking of doing that as well.

That was easy though. When is your test?

I meant Kaplan Diagnostic test was easier than Kaplan Q bank, so I scored there well.

Littledoc my exam is in july. Going slow many destruction but trying my best.
Have any idea about pass first?

Yes..lot many distractions..no one can read straight for this exam at least..wide variety of circumstances..I'm not even half sure whether I want to stay in this country!

Ok I'm starting my day with CCS. Today I have only few hours to read.

Everyone who is unstable , give orders before Physical:

Pulse oximetry
O2
I.v.access
Cardiac monitor
BP monitor
EKG, CXR—for a case of chest pain/shortness of breath.
Normal saline—initially Only if low BP.

Everyone who is hypoxic:

Pulse oximeter
O2
CXR
ABG

All cases in ER after Focal physical:

CBC
BMP
UA, LFT, PT/PTT, Lipid—if required
EKG, CXR—if not done previously.
