I used Step 2 Klplan notes and Did ONline Kaplan Qreview Step 2 CK (Qbank 1500Qs and IM 1000Qs and 8 block stimulation around 370 Qs), I think the Kaplan ONline is really great, I also did this in Step 1 with Score 91.
