can anyone please help me with the usmle ccs software? i don't know how to discharge a patient using the software. how and when do you enter the counseling notes, discharge and follow up. thanks

You discharge patient using via change location to home, when u do that a pop-up window for "schedule an appointment" for follow up shows up and you choose the date to see your patient.
