what uw percentage is good to pass step 3?

if you getting 58% on first pass on step 3 uw. is that a good enough to pass the test?
i just need 200 score.

any advice?

Nope thats not good enough !
If I was u take nbme and go from there .... the test is difficult its not easy and needs lots of reading and understanding .....

U need to at least get around 80% and understand the concept ....
Do not go and take the test without nbme
UWSA is not a great predictor of ur score .... I took the test 2 months back and nbme was right on the spot for my score but not UWSA ....
