Resident Medical will charge you 150K. They claim this money will guarantee you a position.

Bullshit. These guys are scam artists who got caught doing bribes in the past.
I agree with pushing. Its a scam hence why I did not go with them.

Probably is not fake. Maybe they can guarantee you a post. But I did not have 150K+ in my bank account for that endeavor.
Its a scam. My friend signed up and literally paid over 200k and did not get residency. Seriously be careful. IMG's desperation makes them easy targets.
