in this qs as we know that it is transudate and not exudate...
now it wants us to find which option among choices goes for transudate n not exudate..
a. pleural LDH 210 / serum 320 = .65 ( more than .6 so exudate)
b. pleural protein 5 /serum 6.5 = .769 ( again exudate)
e . high amylase doesnt fit ..no esophageal rupture no pancreas pathology
ph 7.35 looks correct as for exudate it shud be less than 7.2

Hi hopes.. I have them in power point format. nd I have not posted in the forum, I have participated in discussion though. I have tried to covert them to word format ,but it was all greek and latin!! u can try searching in the forum who have posted and copy n post from there. just another option..
