U have fair profile but grad year will hurt you a lot.... did u have residency in home country?
if not u will need a lot of experience in USA.... try to get a clinical paraclinical post...........Observership will not help....

hey drhims, sorry for my late response...
glad that you got 5 IM IV's, that's a good number for this time, it's still early and i'm sure you'll get more.
I feel like I am getting too many FM IV's and am thinking about cancelling the community FM ones if I get more univ FM ones. So far 12 total IV's, out of that 6 are FM, hoping for more PM&R and Psych......
