Well...I only scored a 192/78. I would like to persue an ER residency. I was very emotional about the low score for the first few days...but I have gotten over it. I have alot of challenges ahead of me. I knew that my score would not be off the charts. I can only do what I can. Everyone kept telling me that I would not pass step one and I did. Now everyone is saying I will not get into residency but I will. I have a pretty strong will. I am focusing on clinicals and step two now. Worse things have happened to better people.
I am keeping my chin up and steping up my studies. Let me know what you guys think!

78 is definitely not a great score, but from your previous posts I learned that you are a very smart person, only used a few books to prepare for the big test, and recite FA nearly word by word, which showed how hard you worked.
I believe if you use Kaplan notes as a better resource for step 2, and practice a lot, you will get a great score. Many people told me that compared with step 2 , step 1 score is much less important.
Work harder, and I believe there is a will, there is a way, you will get what you want, if you really try hard.
