Do you Agree with my top 3? Do you think Houston-Methodist will get me into a good university cardiology program even when it's a community program? I'm thinking of ranking it above UMass. What do you think?

U Mass man. Go for it. Your best shot is there. Then methodist. Then the others

In my opinion you have a great fellowship chance from any of your top 7, you're in a great position. Your top 3 stand out more than the rest but the rest are pretty good also, and place well for fellowships.

Do you mean UMass after Montefiore?
What do you think about houston methodist? I really liked the hospital and it's schedule is much much easier than UMass and Montefiore. Would I be crazy to rank it higher?
