hi mle09,you need to call the appointment hotline and complain.they will give you the email and also a ref nos for your email.

mine was also kept for admin processing.......got my visa in a week.......i was going everyday to the inquiry window at the consulate and asking them if it was processed or not......i literally had to ask them to email me when they said it was processed......i dont think they would have sent the email so soon otherwise.......i would suggest u go to the inquiry at the consulate

Hi Roy ,, I tried calling ,,but the person told that I need to contact if I dont get passport after 8 weeks.
But I saw this email address in the website londonpassports@state.gov. Is this the same email id you used .
Mardigras, how long after ur interview u got your passport.

i tired emailing them a few days back after having been unsuccessful with the 09 - number to give me an ID
and the reply for the email was - ' your email was deleted without being read'
All I have heard from everyone related to this is - wait wait and wait till you get it cleared
