I don't understand how they can offer with out talking to the applicant.. That sounds really absurd.. But still I too believe in miracles !!!! Let's pray and watch what happens !!!
In one way, Scramble was better because we used to get the updated information every hour.. So by this time, we would have known our status..

If they send us an e-mail, what should we see on it? Do they tell that they are going to offer or what? That doesn't make sense.

i dont think if they can offer us anything without iv...it says clearly that they start iving those who want and then decide to send offer/rank them....i dont think if they send u anything/offer without iv! how come!? it is a residency job! they must iv!

in few hours window how fast PD could arrange for an interview and select them .
it is foolishness ,truth is obvious .
