@garou congrats for your IVs, all of them are really good places. good luck!

I have just one neuro iy, but my heart is still beating for psychiatry..

Did you have any contacts for any of those IVs? Which part of your profile helped you most?
role of step3? or did you have very strong LORs? I waived my LORs so I don't have any idea of them..

@suzidilara
Thanks, i'm still surprised actually, i wasn't expecting to get ivs from these programs, and i didn't have contacts! well i guess i did in UCSD coz i work there..

I cannot think of a specific thing in my application that is getting me these ivs coz frankly nothing in my application is out of the ordinary.. but i guess just all in all my application is pretty appealing coz i have good creds without anything that stands out as a "red flag"..descent scores, step3, fresh graduate, research exp, US Lors (I also waived them but i would assume they're pretty good)
I was checking out some threads from previous years and it seems that ivs keep on coming till 1st week of Nov (equivalent to 3rd week of Nov this year) so there's still plenty of time.. Keep your hopes up and GL
