how is the psychiatry program at Institute of Living/Hartford Hspital. Did anyone interview there?

at metrohealth I was the only one interviewing on my day as the other person canceled his interview.. so I believe there are usually 2 candidates on any day..there were no medical questions but they ll discuss your application and personal statement. there were few IMGs around. the program director Dr. Johnson is a very pleasant person. As for the program itself.. it is based in a city hospital( metrohealth), not a big program, no fellowships within the program but residents dont have difficulty obtaining fellowships elsewhere.

how is nassau univ program? As far as i knpow they offer only j1 visa and this year they are offering only 4 seats in total. dont know about prematch.

he feels that he has other good options- e.g mayo clinic. also he felt that brooklyn is not a safe place and the thought of living in ny scared him out I suppose. when is ur iv at nassau, has anyone rcvd prematch from them?
