according to this statement the previous 30 programs are over. no longer valid. you can apply 10 programs whatever you want.

yes , because they already have ur application , if they want u they will rank u in the 2nd round

Yeah u r right....... n other thing...... lets hope its true.... touchwood... that they atleast rank..... but still it can also be that they got too many apps ..... n only shortlisted a few ...... its not like too many spots n they have very less time....... so thats what ERAS meant by updating prefernce lists for the programs..... if they go unfilled yet again (which we want) ....then they go to next round........ correct me if i m thinking wrong...... but that was how SOAP sounded..... !

there's another round of offers today, would it be wise to wait for both rounds of offers to clear up and then see the list and apply? What does everyone think?
