Pt w/ Stable SVT acute = vagal m and if unsucc adenosine Pt w Stable SVT chronic = coumadin, vagal m then adenosine??? Pt w/ Stable and Acute A flutter = Amiodarone/proc or Ibultilide Pt w/ Satbe and Chronic A Flutter (>2 days) = Dig and Coumadine then CCB/BB or Pt w/ stable and acute ot chronic AFIb same protocol as Flutter Please make corrections 0 - ArchivalUser - 08-08-2006 hey ben acute SVT = vagal manuvers then adenosine then digoxin or CCB or Beta blockers chronic SVT = same as above acute atrial flutter = adenosine then digoxin or CCB or Beta blocker chronic atrial flutter = same protocol as above + coumadine then procainamide or amiodarone then cardioversion under coumadine cover in all the above go to the nxt step only if the prev dosent produce normal sinus rhythm let me knw if me correct??? 0 - ArchivalUser - 08-09-2006 .......... |
