IgE when is type1 n when type 2

coz with Ascaris inf it says Type 1
n whith schistosomes its Type 2

anyone pl?

IgE causes mast cell activation: releases histamine. type I
IgE causes Esinophile activation (cytotoxicity to bugs): type II

so I guess we need to rely on the presentation n if its acute n allergic , it type 1 due to mast

else type 2 cytotoxic.
