hey congratulations!!!
i have nearly the same situation as you had.... that is i dont have any experience in peds neither at my home country nor over here.....rather i have usce in IM. and so my CV shows that i am more interested in IM. but, i am trully very interested in peds...also i dont have any LOR's stating my interest in peds...becasue of all this, got only 2 peds interviews. can u please advise me on how should i convince the PD's that i am reallly interested in peds???

Give them a genuine reson why were u not able to have some experience in peds...like may b u were not selected for peds ,u couldn't get into peds ....somethin like that.Hope ur PS shows ur interest.
