Take everything you think is important to substantiate what you have mentioned in your CV/Profile and Pers statement.. Take all originals in a folder. I would take

- my medical transcripts
- diploma
- LORs more importantly.. take all of them even if they are old and you have not mentioned in the application to them
- Dean's letter
- any mark sheets
- internship certificate
- couple of passport size photographs
- a notepad and a pen
- any other volunteer certificates, participations in any studies/research,e tc

I say take an empty folder, I've done 13 iviews so far and did not even open my leather portfolio...it's literally for show, unless ofcourse ur going to some place which has requested u to bring a certain document.

i have done five interviews and nothing in my portfolio, so is just to impress, they dont ask u for anything and if u offer soemthing they probably will take it just to be polite, they have everything they need from you already.
