currnetly i m doing observership.
will be over in another 15 days.
i am trying for lors.
but how should i get them?means should i ask dr to send it directly to eras or take it in person.
i have already applied long time back and also have assigned all 4 lors to all the programs.
so can i send some more lors to programs or replace the older ones with new ones.
or should i keep the lors with me to be shown at the time of interviews.
any idea?need some expert suggestions.
