Hey do we need to know ECG reading for step 1. I saw one question in NBME. Whoever finished the exam- please let us know about this.

i dont think w enee dto be an experts, but at least from physiology stand point to know if this is regular sinus rhytm and not regular an dsomething that you can see clearly like "saw tooth "-A.Flutter or A-Fib or V-tach or some ST elevation or ST depression , also the AXIS from cardiology stan dpoint..
